By using this website, registering for our courses, or purchasing our products/services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Acceptance of Agreement
You agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement with respect to our website, programs, products, and services offered by Websitechic, Coach Mayowa Adeoti, and associated brands. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between you and our company, and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
We may update this Agreement at any time without specific notice to you. The latest version will always be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review it before using our services.

Payment of Fees
You accept full responsibility for payment of all fees and charges.
For programs with payment plans, failure to complete payment before the third week of the course will result in deregistration and loss of access to classes and materials.
Reinstatement will require payment of the outstanding balance plus 15% monthly interest, along with any updated course fee differences.
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and Dollars ($) unless otherwise specified.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers (Selar, Stripe, Payoneer, Paystack, etc.) subject to their terms.
Refund Policy
We believe in delivering exceptional value while maintaining program integrity. The following refund rules apply to all programs:
General Refund Conditions:
1. No Refund for Non-Completion: If you do not complete the entire course and all required assignments, you forfeit your right to a refund.
2. Results-Based Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund only if:
You completed the entire course and all assignments within the specified timeframe
You actively participated in all live sessions and used our resources and support
You implemented what was taught consistently for 90 days after program completion
You can demonstrate that you followed all instructions and strategies as taught
You still achieved no measurable results after proper implementation
3. Program-Specific Refund Policies:
Expert2Coach: Must complete all 3 days and implement for 90 days
Launch Smart: Must complete entire program and implement for 90 days
Free programs or Pay-anything-you-want offers: No refunds applicable
Digital products: No refunds after download/access
4. Non-Refundable Situations:
Payment plan participants are not eligible for refunds
Outstanding payment balances disqualify refund requests
Access to any course materials constitutes acceptance and forfeits refund rights
Refund requests after 60 days of first login will not be processed
5. Refund Process:
Requests must be submitted to mayowa@websitechic.biz with proof of completion, implementation evidence, and bank details
Valid requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days
Approved refunds processed within 14-21 business days
Deferral Policy
Post-Course Commencement:
Deferrals can be requested only within the first week of training
A 25% deferral fee plus any difference in course fees applies
Payment must be made within 7 days of the deferral request
Approved deferrals allow you to resume in one of the next two consecutive cohorts
Pre-Course Commencement:
Requests must be made at least 1 week before course start date
Full tuition must be paid for approval
Once the deferral window closes, the same 25% deferral fee applies
Academic Expectations and Participation
Students must prepare all required software, tools, or materials before class as instructed
Instructors are not obligated to pause or revisit modules for unprepared students
Missed work must be completed independently using provided resources
Active participation in live sessions, WhatsApp groups, and Q&A sessions is expected
Late submissions or incomplete assignments may affect program completion status
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, course materials, frameworks (including the trademarked LSSE Method), videos, graphics, and designs provided by Websitechic and Coach Mayowa Adeoti are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Uses:
You may not:
Copy, share, distribute, or resell any course materials
Record, screenshot, or reproduce video content
Incorporate our materials, frameworks, or methodologies into your own programs
Reproduce or modify our content for commercial use
Sublicense or transfer content to third parties
Share access credentials with others
Permitted Uses:
Personal use for your own business implementation
Reference materials for your own learning and application
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and forfeiture of all fees paid.
Professional Conduct and Community Guidelines
Students must maintain professional conduct in all interactions with staff, coaches, and fellow participants
Harassment, threats, or inappropriate behavior (verbal, physical, or written) will result in immediate expulsion without refund
Solicitation of side businesses or services within our community is prohibited
Respect for diverse backgrounds, opinions, and experience levels is expected
WhatsApp groups and community spaces are for program-related discussions only
Results Disclaimer
While our strategies and methodologies are proven and have generated over ₦300 Million in sales for our clients, individual results are not guaranteed. Success depends on various factors including:
Your commitment to implementation
Market conditions and competition
Your specific industry and target audience
External factors beyond our control
Your existing skills and experience level
Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and may not reflect typical results.
Technical Requirements and Platform Access
Students are responsible for ensuring stable internet connection and compatible devices
We use various platforms (Zoom, WhatsApp, email) and you must have access to these
Technical issues on your end do not constitute grounds for refund or deferral
Platform outages or technical difficulties beyond our control may require rescheduling but do not warrant refunds
